I took this thing and it said I had a north central accent. We grew up together, how can we be THAT different?
Silly thing said that I probably call soda, pop...yeah right!
I took the quiz and I got the Midland one too.
I don't know how accents work, but I have a sister who sounds like she is a New Yorker. Don't know where she got it from. We grew up in the same house.
Damn, I've got a southern accent, imagine that. ;)
